Transport cargo can weigh tens of thousands of pounds. Unfortunately, a significant cause of load shifts is imbalanced or improper loading. A heavy imbalanced load will throw off the trailer’s center of gravity, causing it to tip, jack-knife, blow tires, or cause other semi-truck accidents.
Team Pro-Enviro went to great lengths to save a client’s perishable cargo during a tractor-trailer accident recovery back in October 2020. The container had flipped over on its side, and there was damage to the refrigeration system, causing a leak. We got the container safely to our storage yard, where we took extraordinary measures to keep the unit cool and the cargo frozen.
